FlightIQ Booking Assist Terms & Conditions
1. Service scope
FlightIQ is a reward flight booking assistance service, not a travel agency. FlightIQ assists with flights booked using frequent flyer points and does not sell or issue airline tickets.
2. Reward availability
Reward seats are subject to airline availability and can change or be withdrawn at any time. Availability cannot be guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and ticketed.
3. Points transfers
Points transfers are subject to the relevant loyalty program's terms and processing times and are generally irreversible. FlightIQ will confirm the recommended transfer before you proceed.
4. Taxes & charges
Airline taxes, carrier charges, change or cancellation fees and other third-party costs are additional to the FlightIQ booking fee and payable separately.
5. FlightIQ Guarantee
If FlightIQ is unable to identify and secure a bookable itinerary that reasonably meets the agreed travel requirements, your FlightIQ booking fee will be refunded in full. Once the agreed itinerary is confirmed and ticketed, the booking fee is non-refundable.
6. After booking
Minor post-booking assistance is included where required. Substantive changes to dates, routing or your journey are outside the original booking scope and can be quoted separately.
