Cancellation Policy
Changes & cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. If you are running late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled finish time.Where possible, we’ll always try to accommodate reasonable changes and appreciate your understanding. Fees Our fees are quoted in AUD inclusive of GST. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Outcomes including reward seat availability, airline status outcomes, approval for financial products, or points earn rates cannot be guaranteed.
